Public Defender

The public defender provides legal services to individuals who are accused of public offences, and who cannot afford to retain the services of a private attorney. The public defender may also represent minors who are facing juvenile delinquency proceedings, or those whom the state has instituted wardship proceedings. But to most people, the public defender is better known as the defender of the underprivileged.

As such, it is your duty to ensure that proper justice is served and that your clients receive the best defence possible. Unfortunately, you're not always equipped with the best tools to provide the service that your clients deserve, often due to budgetary constraints.

Do not settle for anything less than your clients deserve. Please take the time to review how DAMION Defender and Discovery can help you mount the best defence for your clients.
